Cal-C Fresh Gel is a supplement given orally that provides calcium, helping maintain normal calcium levels during freshening. Use on every fresh cow or heifer before and after calving. One tube should be given at the first sign of freshening and another tube should be given 6-12 hours after calving. Repeat every 12 hours or as needed. If the first serving is missed, a post calving serving is suggested and beneficial.
