4-Stage UnitsHi-S membranes remove even the finest silica particlesMaximize aquarium health by removing algae-fueling nutrientsQuality reverse osmosis unit effectively removes tap water pollutantsHi-S RO 35 and 60 include a Hi-S membrane to remove more phosphate, nitrate, and heavy metals than other membranes. This system removes more silicate from tap water than any membrane available - between 98 percent and 99 percent. They also include a sediment pre-filter and a solid carbon block filter. --->The 4-stage Maxxima 35 combines the features of the Hi-S units with a dual-stage deionization cartridge. The Deluxe Maxxima 35 and Deluxe Maxxima 60 have the features of the Maxxima PLUS a liquid-filled pressure gauge and a TDS monitor to verify membrane function. All units include a 3/4" garden hose adapter and 6 ft of yellow, blue, and orange tubing. Can be run on any water system, well or city. If your water source gives a psi of less than 60, an RO water pump will help.Note: Chlorine will ruin TFC, Hi-F, and Hi-S membranes so prior carbon filtration is required.andnbsp;Hi-S Percentageandnbsp;andnbsp;Hi-S PercentageAluminum99 - 99.5andnbsp;Lead99 - 99.5Ammonium98 - 99andnbsp;Mercury90 - 95Bromide95 - 98andnbsp;Nickel99 - 99.5Cadmium99 - 99.5andnbsp;Nitrate93 - 96Chromium99 - 99.5andnbsp;Phosphate99 - 99.5Copper99 - 99.5andnbsp;Silicate99 - 99.5Hardness99 - 99.5andnbsp;Sulfate99 - 99.5Iron99 - 99.5andnbsp;Zinc99 - 99.5Please click on "More Information" for instructions for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
