Makes aquarium water alkaline. Foreign material such as fish waste, dead vegetation, gravel, aquarium rocks, coral, or heavy aeration may cause changes in pH. Therefore the pH level should be tested every week. To raise pH, add 4 drops of pH UP for each U.S. gallon of aquarium water. If fish are present in the aquarium, do not change the pH more than 0.2 in any 24-hour period. Read package carefully.
