Safely changes pH in freshwater aquariums. Concentrated. Liquid pH Control. pH Up is fast acting and colorless, it raises pH and makes water more alkaline without clouding the water. The pH Down liquid makes aquariums more acidic. It will not cloud or color aquarium water.
