There are some avenues you can explore when trying to cure your pet of cat separation anxiety. First, try and make their home life as exciting as possible. Add a climbing apparatus, lots of toys, a window with open blinds to see out of, and maybe a picture of you to look at just for a little special touch.

A last option you can explore is to take your cat to the vet. You can discuss the symptoms and the vet will possibly prescribe some sort of medication to help the animal with the anxiety. Try to spend as much time as possible with your cat to assure them that you love them. Cat separation anxiety is real so be patient and kind to your cat while helping them through this ordeal.
