All of these are excellent ways to amuse and play with your cat.
Things to Consider:
Catnip is Safe – Though we don´t fully understand what happens to cause a cat´s intense reaction to catnip, it is known to be perfectly safe, and non-addictive.
Only Use "Cat" Bubbles – Bubbles can amuse your cat for a very long time. Kitty bubbles are specifically formulated so that they´re safe for your cat than "regular" bubbles. They may cost a little more, but it´s worth it. In addition, the kitty bubbles are often catnip scented for an added bonus!
Don´t Overuse Catnip – Catnip spray is an inexpensive way to refresh old catnip toys or to add a touch of catnip to regular toys. Though you may be tempted to spray all of your cat´s toys, don´t over-do it. Cats only react to catnip for a few minutes. Afterwards, they take "a break" so–to–speak, to allow their senses to return to normal. Spraying all of your cat´s toys may be too much for him to handle. Spraying just one or two toys is more than enough!
