Shaped like traditional bell boots, the QuickWrap® Bell Boots Ltd. provide the ultimate in hoof and soft tissue protection for performance horses. With a 360-degree wrap and an overlap in the back, they cover the whole hoof, including the coronet band and bulb, providing excellent shock absorption right where it's needed. The HockWrap may be used for treating subacute or chronic condition of the hock where increased blood flow and/or pain relief is required. The lateral aspect or outside the hock acupoints (sometimes called dermatones) are useful in treating conditions such as capped hock, bog spavin and bone spavin. The medial aspect or inside of hock magnetic design contains acupoints (sometimes called dermatones) useful in treating conditions such as arthritic hock and stringhalt. Sizes: 12" x 9" (Small) 14" x 10" (Medium) 15 1/2" x 11 1/2" (Large) Initially, Norfields MAGNETIC HockWrap should be left in place for two (2) hours, increasing the duration to a maximum of twelve (12) hours per day, over the first week of treatment.
