This kit converts any Penguin Powerhead to reverse flow. Allows filtered, oxygen-rich water to be pumped down through your lift tube and underneath the undergravel filter plate. Bacteria are encouraged to grow from the bottom up, where it's less likely to be disturbed, while debris in the gravel are pushed into the tank where your filter can remove it. Also great as a pre-filter on a powerhead used for circulation.
