Choosing Cat Memorials

Choosing cat memorials is a bittersweet experience for pet owners of all ages. Image You are in the process of grieving your beloved kitty but at the same time, you want to honor the life and relationship you had together. Dog’s are not the only pet’s that are people’s best friends. Cats play a wonderful role in millions of people’s lives and are wonderful pets to love.

When choosing cat memorials, you have tons of options out there. First, you can have a small ceremony, maybe in your own backyard. Mark the grave with flowers, favorite toys, pictures, their dish or a homemade headstone or cross. Your cat had a special place in your heart so you want to memorialize him or her in a way that reflects the special bond you had with each other.

Some people choose to have their cat cremated. This is a great option for those who are choosing cat memorials for inside their home. You can have a beautiful urn hold the remains or a personalize box or next to a picture of you and your kitty. Creating a loving memorial will help you with grieving the death of your cat as well. You will have an everyday reminder of the bond you had with your animal.

You may choose to bury your cat in a pet cemetery or even one that contains people’s burial plots. You can check around your community to see if these options are available. If you don’t own your home, then choosing cat memorials in a more permanent spot may be the best option for you.

Creating a cat statue that resembles your animal for your garden or home is a great way to memorialize your cat. You can have a real life statue by visiting a taxidermist. Image This is basically the stuffing and mounting of your animal. This method is not for everyone’s taste. Choosing cat memorials is hard but with this option, you will actually have your cat with you forever.

Lastly, the most extreme route and most expensive route you can take is freezing your cat for future cloning. This is a very expensive option but may be viable for some, but is also not a method that fits everyone’s taste. But however you plan on doing it, remember choosing cat memorials is the most wonderful way to keep the memory of your lost friend alive forever.
