Some cats, because of coat length or other factors, need to be bathed more often. Consider the condition and length of your cat´s coat, along with how often she´s outside, when determining when to bathe her.

Control the Water – A pet sprayer is a great accessory to consider using. It gives you the ability to control the flow of water, turning it on only when you need it, and helps to make the bathing experience more enjoyable for your cat.
Check Her Skin – Groom your cat thoroughly before bathing her. Use this grooming time to also check for skin irritations or sores.
Before Bathing – Gather together everything you´ll need before you bathe your cat. You should make sure that you have towels, shampoo, combs and brushes, any deodorizer or cologne you want to use, etc. Once you start the process, your cat isn´t likely to sit still while you´re looking for the shampoo!
