Today, you’ll find a replica of the actual building in Greenfield Village at The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan. This functional birdhouse has a 2-story front porch, removable back wall for easy cleaning and a 1 1/4" opening to accommodate wrens, finches, chickadees, nuthatches and titmice. The house is constructed of exterior grade ply-board, pine shingles for the roof and poly-resin details.
