Kordon Polyaqua Water Conditioner The Kordon Polyaqua Water Conditioner is a professional water conditioner that is formulated for use by aquarists and pond keepers as well as professionals (shippers, dealers, wholesalers, collectors). This formula combines the effective skin slime replacement properties found in NovAqua® with the properties of vitamin B12. PolyAqua offers a barrier against loss of internal fluids, electrolytes and potentially toxic substances in the water. The mix also contains Vitamin B12 which helps in the healing of damaged tissue.
