To hold or display your frog, use your thumb and your middle finger. Put your thumb right behind the legs of the frog. Then place your middle finger in around the front leg. Place your trigger or forefinger over the frog’s nose and between its eyes. It will not jump away from you when you do this.

Another thing to remember is when the frog is in the dark they are not really frightened. As soon as the light is shown on the frog they are ready to jump and hide. While you hold your frog make sure to rub its stomach or back to try to make the frog relax or be comfortable. For some reason by doing this technique, it hypnotizes the frog.

The best thing, possible for you frog’s safety, is to try to handle your frog in the dark. This will prevent any harm to your frog while handling or showing your frog. Also, the housing unit you use needs to be rounded. This will prevent the frog from jumping into the side of the encasement and prevent injury to your frog.

Your frog may have the structure to make the jumps and the power to land. Sometimes even with this perfect structure they still have the capability to get hurt or injured. Take all precautionary measures to insure the safety of your frog. It will give your frog a longer and healthy life.
