Ask for recommendations from fellow cat owners, your vet, or professional pet trainer. Positive word of mouth is valuable in these days of misleading advertising. If you keep hearing the same facility name over and over again, it’s a good bet that you’ll find quality there.
If you can’t get recommendations, call facilities and ask for references. Follow up on these references and find out whether past clients had a positive experience.
